Day 2

My Food Journal:
This Morning:
Apple Jacks (weakness #3)
2 (really good) Bean Burritos (don't ask)
This Afternoon:
Lunch-
A Hamburger
-mustard&mayo
-tomatoes&pickles...extra pickles <3
Magic Water ;)
Snack-
1/2 a bag of Taki's (weakness #4)
4 cups of orange juice
This Evening:
Dinner-Thanksgiving Dinner (again) w/Gran's church(:
1/4 cup Mashed Potatoes
2 Rolls
3 Deviled Eggs
1/2 a Glass of Water
1/8 cup of Sweet Potato Soufflé <3
1 small piece of Gran's Sweet Potato Pie weakness #5...sweet potato anything is my MAJOR weakness!!!)
A bite of chocolate pudding cake!!
1/8 cup of peas

And now that I am at Gran's I'm probably abut to go downstairs and fix myself a cup of milk!!! (:

Another long, hard day! I'm still pushing! Hoping this will get easier!!

This morning:
4 cups of orange juice
A cup of hot chocolate at church(:
This Afternoon:
Lunch-Chicken Express (my weakness)
Fried Pickles (big no-no but SO good)
Small fries
Mashed potatoes
2 rolls
This Evening:
Dinner-Thanksgiving Dinner at church
1/4 a cup mashed potatoes
2 rolls
1/4 cup green beans <3
1 piece of turkey
1/2 a piece of chocolate cake (weakness #2)
About 10 jalapeños :D

My Fitness Journal:
I have been twirling all day if that makes a difference (:

So was that horrible for a first day experiment?? Lol...taking it day by day!! (:

In The Beginning

So...I'm doing this Healthy Lifestyle thing for a health competition at my school and I have to document everything I eat and everything I do and all my excercise...Ahhhhh..!!!! So it was suggested to me to write a log and considering I am a pro at STARTING blogs, I figured..what the heck?! So here we go...starting tomorrow I am going to keep track of everything and I mean EVERYTHING I do...I'm going to need as much encouragement as I can get...HELP!!
